AXIS Bank allots 47000 shares

AXIS Bank has allotted 47,000 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each 14.05.2018, pursuant to exercise of options under its ESOP Scheme.

The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 513,52,63,072 (256,76,31,536 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs. 513,53,57,072 (256,76,78,536 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).

Shares of AXIS BANK LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.552.25 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 553.2. The total number of shares traded during the day was 249658 in over 2604 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 558.7 and intraday low of 548.25. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 137895627.
