Suven Life Sciences Ltd has announced that the Company's Vice- Chairman & CEO Mr. Venkat Jasti held discussion on December 18, 2007 with some of the news papers and media persons on the business models of company and about the various fund raising options such as FCCBs / ADRs / GDRs etc for the purpose of meeting its R&D expenditure for conducting Clinical Trials of company's New Chemical Entities and for creation of dedicated Drug Discovery Centre, in pursuance of resolution approved by the members in AGM held on September 27, 2007.
