The Committee of Directors (ESOP Plan 2016) of Vardhman Textiles Ltd, at its meeting held on April 09, 2018, has allotted 6800 Equity shares of face value Rs. 10/- each to the eligible employees of the Company who have exercised their stock options under 'Vardhman Textiles Limited Employee Stock Option Plan, 2016.'
