Alfa Transformers Ltd approves preferential issue

The Board of Directors of Alfa Transformers Ltd in their meeting held today on April 04, 2018, at 3 P.M., which concluded at 6.55 P.M., has iconsidered and approved the proposal of making Preferential issue of Equity Shares and Warrants to the persons belonging to promoter and non-promoter category to the extent of up to Rs. 11.68/- crores at an issue price of Rs. 33/- per Equity Share/ Warrant or such other price as may be determined in accordance with the provisions of Chapter VII of SEBI (ICDR) Regulations.

The Board of Directors has considered and approved the draft of the notice of the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting, which is supposed to be held on May 1st, 2018 at 2 P.M.

Shares of ALFA TRANSFORMERS LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.42.2 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 40.2. The total number of shares traded during the day was 7237 in over 26 trades.
