Simplex Castings Ltd to allot 154300 warrants

The Board of Directors of Simplex Castings Ltd through circular resolution passed today have decided to allot 154300 convertible equity warrants to non-promoter of the Company on preferential basis in accordance with SEBI (Issue of Capital & Disclosures Requirements) Regulations, 2009.

Shares of SIMPLEX CASTINGS LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.147 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 143.2. The total number of shares traded during the day was 3192 in over 15 trades.
