NOCIL Ltd grants 339100 stock options

The Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Board of Directors of NOCIL Ltd at its meeting held on 26th March 2018 has granted 3,39,100 Stock Options under the Company's Employees Stock Options Scheme (ESOS) w.e.f. 26th March 2018 to certain Senior Managerial personnel of the Company.
