BGR Energy Systems Ltd IPO Subscribed 112.28 times

The Initial Public Offering of BGR Energy Systems Ltd has evoked overwhelming response from investors with the issue receiving 112.28 times subscription till 6 PM on 12-December-2007.

The IPO opened for subscription by investors on December 5, 2007 and closes for subscription today December 12, 2007.

The issue has received total bids for 1025747338 equity shares against the offer of 9136000 equity shares. The issue has also received bids for 83688626 equity shares at cut-off price.

SBI Capital Markets Limited, Kotak Mahindra Capital Company Ltd, UBS Securities India Pvt Ltd and CLSA India Ltd are the Book Running Lead Managers to the issue.
