Ritesh Properties to consider allotment of shares to Bennett Coleman

Ritesh Properties & Industries Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on December 15, 2007, inter alia, to allot 8,47,458 equity shares of Rs 10/- each at a premium of Rs 49/- each to Bennett Coleman & Co., Ltd, on preferential basis.
