AXIS Bank allots 1,12,230 equity shares

AXIS Bank has allotted 1,12,230 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each on 29.01.2018, pursuant to exercise of options under its ESOP Scheme.

The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 512,87,06,634 (256,43,53,317 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs. 512,89,31,094 (256,44,65,547 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).

Shares of AXIS BANK LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.605.4 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 613.75. The total number of shares traded during the day was 535119 in over 3653 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 620.5 and intraday low of 603.45. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 328488378.
