Prudential Sugar allots 400000 CRPS to IFCI

Prudential Sugar Corporation Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 29, 2006, inter alia, has allotted 400,000 6% Cumulative Redeemable Preference Shares of Rs 50/- each amounting to Rs 200 lacs to IFCI Ltd in compliance of the OTS Agreement entered between IFCI Ltd and the Company.
