Kwality Limited cancels 19400 ESOPs

The Remuneration, Compensation and Nomination Committee of Kwality Limited in its meeting held on December 20, 2017 has cancelled 19,400 (Nineteen Thousand Four Hundred) ESOPs in accordance with the terms and conditions under the Kwality Employee Stock Option Plan 2014 and the SEBI (Share Based Employee Benefits) Regulations, 2014.

Shares of Kwality Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs.105.65 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 105.15. The total number of shares traded during the day was 132294 in over 953 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 108 and intraday low of 104.55. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 14088172.
