Axis Bank allots 2,32,000 equity shares

Axis Bank has allotted 2,32,000 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each on 18.12.2017, pursuant to exercise of options under its ESOP Scheme.

The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 512,77,59,384 (256,38,79,692 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs. 512,82,23,384 (256,41,11,692 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).

Shares of AXIS BANK LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.548.25 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 548.1. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1136394 in over 4069 trades.
