AXIS Bank allots 17,140 equity shares

AXIS Bank has allotted 17,140 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each on 11.12.2017, pursuant to exercise of options under its ESOP Scheme.

The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 479,70,67,320 (239,85,33,660 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs. 479,71,01,600 (239,85,50,800 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).

Shares of AXIS BANK LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.538.3 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 543.5. The total number of shares traded during the day was 104734 in over 1072 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 547 and intraday low of 535.2. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 56440153.
