Medicamen Biotech Ltd to consider preferential issue on Dec 14, 2017

A Meeting of the Board of Directors of Medicamen Biotech Ltd will be held on Thursday the 14th day of December, 2017 at 2.00 p.m. at registered office of the Company to discuss and consider the proposal to issue Equity Shares on Preferential Allotment basis to the promoter group and non promoter group.
