AXIS Bank allots 196200 shares

AXIS Bank has allotted 1,96,200 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each on 14.11.2017, pursuant to exercise of options under its ESOP Scheme.

The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 479,62,10,920 (239,81,05,460 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs. 479,66,03,320 (239,83,01,660 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).

Shares of AXIS BANK LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.546.25 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 537.8. The total number of shares traded during the day was 604784 in over 5620 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 550 and intraday low of 533. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 326571121.
