Future Lifestyle Fashions Ltd grants 13,54,000 Options

The Nomination and Remuneration Committee of Future Lifestyle Fashions Ltd vide its Circular Resolution passed on 16 October 2017, has approved grant of 13,54,000 Options to the senior management employees of the Company under the FLFL Employees Stock Options Plan 2015 (FLFL ESOP-2015) of the Company.

Shares of Future Lifestyle Fashions Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.343.75 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 335.05. The total number of shares traded during the day was 9334 in over 340 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 347.9 and intraday low of 329. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 3188794.
