Trident Texofab Ltd to list today in BSE SME Exchange

Effective from October 05, 2017, the equity shares of Trident Texofab Ltd (Scrip Code: 540726) are listed and admitted to dealings on the Exchange in the list of 'M' Group Securities.

The company recently came out with IPO of 1176000 equity shares at a fixed price of Rs. 30 per share (Face Value: Rs. 10 and Premium: Rs. 20). The IPO opened for subscription on Sep 21, 2017 and closed on Sep 26, 2017.

Guiness Corporate Advisors Pvt. Ltd and INDIAN OVERSEAS BANK were the Lead Managers to the issue. Karvy Computershare Private Limited is the registrar to the company.
