Bhanderi Infracon Ltd has considered the proposal of conversion of 6,67,000 (Six Lacs Sixty Seven Thousand Only) Warrants of the face value of Rs.10/- (Rupees Ten Only) each into 6,67,000 (Six Lacs Sixty Seven Thousand Only) equity shares of the face value of Rs.10/- (Rupees Ten Only) each.
