Capital First Ltd approves issue of NCDs worth Rs. 600 crores

The Debenture Committee constituted by the Board of Directors of Capital First Ltd at its meeting held today i.e. July 14, 2017, has approved an issue of Rated, Listed, Secured, Redeemable, Non-Convertible Debentures of INR 300,00,00,000/- (Indian Rupees Three Hundred Crores) plus Green Shoe Option of INR 300,00,00,000/- (Indian Rupees Three Hundred Crores) on private placement basis.

Shares of CAPITAL FIRST LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.747.5 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 750.25. The total number of shares traded during the day was 100697 in over 3022 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 757.95 and intraday low of 736.85. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 75282720.
