The Allotment Committee of Olympia Industries Ltd in its meeting held on today has allotted 6,30,000 (Six Lakhs thirty Thousand) Equity shares of face value Rs. 10/- each, upon conversion of 6,30,000 warrants of Rs. 45/- each to the Promoters pursuant to the applicable provisions of SEBI (LODR).
