Kwality Limited approves allotment of 45,000 Equity Shares

The Securities Allotment Committee of Kwality Limited in its meeting held on June 29, 2017, has approved an allotment of 45,000 Equity Shares of the face value of Re 1/- each, being the exercise of 45,000 Stock Options under Kwality Employee Stock Option Plan 2014.
