BFL Developers to allot 51 lakh shares

The Board of Directors of BFL Developers Ltd has fixed Tuesday, July 4, 2017 for allotment of 51,00,000 Equity shares on preferential basis to promoter group and non promoter group, subject to approval of the Members through Postal Ballot / E-voting for allotment of Equity Shares on preferential basis.

Further, in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Company's Code of conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the 'Trading Window' for trading in the shares of the Company will remain closed from June 26, 2017 till the end of 48 hours from the conclusion of the meeting.
