Lakshmi Overseas AGM approves 20% dividend

Lakshmi Overseas Industries Ltd has announced that the members at the 16th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 22, 2006, inter alia, have confirmed that the interim dividend @ 20% as declared on November 16, 2005 and declaration of final dividend @ 20%.

Increase in investment in the shares of the Company by Foreign Institutional Investors (FIIs) upto 49% and Non Resident Indians (NRIs) upto 10% of paid up equity share capital of the Company provided however the Equity shareholding of a single FII or a sub account of a FII, in the Company shall not exceed 10% of the paid up Equity Share capital of the Company.
