3I Infotech Ltd allots 40021201 Equity Shares

3I Infotech Ltd had earlier announced about issuance of 17,32,30,607 equity shares to bondholders of the Company (of which 4,00,21,201 equity shares had been kept in abeyance at the request of a bondholder) pursuant to automatic conversion of a portion aggregating US$ 26,118,056 of the 2.5% convertible bonds issued by the Company in pursuance to an Exchange Offer.

Today, the company has allotted 4,00,21,201 (Four Crore Twenty One Thousand Two Hundred One) equity shares to its bondholder, Energy Management Limited, which had been issued on December 12, 2016, but were being held in abeyance as per the request of the bondholder.

The equity shares so allotted shall rank pari-passu in all respects with the existing equity shares of the Company.

Shares of 3I INFOTECH LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.4.52 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 4.53. The total number of shares traded during the day was 216918 in over 156 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 4.62 and intraday low of 4.5. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 982682.
