Ramco Systems Ltd allots 8505 shares

The Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of Ramco Systems Ltd at its meeting held today, has approved an allotment of 8,505 equity shares of Rs.10/- each, being the exercise of 1,007 equity stock options under the Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2009 Plan A (ESOS 2009 - Plan A), 2,503 equity stock options under the Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2009 - Plan B (ESOS 2009 - Plan B), and 4,595 equity stock options under the Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2013 (ESOS 2013) and 400 equity stock options under the Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2014 (ESOS 2014).

Consequent to this the paid up equity share capital has increased from 30,412,622 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each to 30,421,127 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each.

Shares of RAMCO SYSTEMS LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.327 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 338.2. The total number of shares traded during the day was 5267 in over 292 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 336.85 and intraday low of 324.15. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 1727642.
