Jubilant Organosys AGM approves 125% dividend

Jubilant Organosys Ltd has announced that the members at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 19, 2006, inter alia, have approved the declaration of dividend of 125% (Rs 1.25 per equity share) on equity shares of Re 1/-, out of the current profits of the Company, for the year ended March 31, 2006.
