Majesco Ltd approves allotment of 45136 Equity Shares

At the meeting of Investor Grievances and Stakeholder Relationship Committee of Majesco Ltd held today viz. May 9, 2017, 45136 Equity Shares of Rs. 5/- each (Face Value) were allotted to employees who exercised their vested options under the Company's Employee Stock Option Schemes.
