The Board of Directors of Indian Hotels Company Ltd at their meeting held on May 18, 2016, the Company has allotted 2000, rated, listed, unsecured, redeemable, non-cumulative & non-convertible debentures aggregating to Rs. 200 crores on private placement basis.
