Indusind Bank approves allotment of 7,575 Shares Under The Company'S Employee Stock Option Scheme

Indusind Bank Limited has allotted 7,575 (Seven Thousand Five Hundred Seventy Five) equity shares of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten Only) each on April 13, 2017 to those grantees who had exercised their option under the Company's Employee Stock Option Scheme.

The said shares will rank pari-passu with the existing shares of the Company in all respect.
