Cyber Media India Ltd allots 855000 shares

Cyber Media India Ltd in its board meeting held today has allotted 8,55,000 Equity Shares and 2,11,000 Equity Shares of face value of Rs. 10 each to Mr. Pradeep Gupta and Mr. Dhaval Gupta,respectively on preferntial basis.

Post the above allotment, the paid up equity share capital of the Company would stand at Rs. 11,56,72,420/- consisting of 1,15,67,242 equity shares of Rs. 10 each.
