APL Apollo Tubes Limited allots 500 NCDs

The Finance Committee of Board of Directors of APL Apollo Tubes Limited in its meeting held today i.e. March 29, 2017, inter-alia approved the allotment of 500 Secured Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures (NCD's) having face value of Rs. 10,00,000/- each. The said NCD's shall be listed on BSE Limited.

Shares of APL APOLLO TUBES LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.1184.05 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1169.3. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1355 in over 96 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 1184.3 and intraday low of 1153.3. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 1575312.
