PNB raises Rs. 500 crores on March 24, 2017

Punjab National Banks has raised Rs. 500 Crore on 24.03.2017 through Unsecured, Subordinated, fully paid-up, non-convertible, Basel III compliant, perpetual debt instruments (series IX) in the nature of debentures for inclusion in additional tier I capital of face value of Rs. 10.00 lakhs each ('bonds') at a coupon rate of @ 9.21% payable annually.

Shares of PUNJAB NATIONAL BANK was last trading in BSE at Rs.141.3 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 135.8. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1571455 in over 8519 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 143.25 and intraday low of 136. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 220969521.
