Indusind Bank Ltd approves allotment 16,785 Shares under Employee Stock Option Scheme

Indusind Bank Ltd has allotted 16,785 (Sixteen Thousand Seven Hundred Eighty Five) equity shares of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten Only) each on March 23, 2017 to those grantees who had exercised their option under the Company's Employee Stock Option Scheme.

The said shares will rank pari-passu with the existing shares of the Company in all respect.
