Arvind SmartSpaces Ltd has approved the allotment of 25,75,000 Equity shares of Rs. 10/- each to the promoter and promoter group entities at a premium of Rs. 78/- per share pursuant to the exercise of conversion option by the warrants holders (i.e.promoter and promoter group entities) on preferential basis.
