Apollo Hospitals Enterprise Ltd approves allotment Of 2000 Rated Secured NCDs worth Rs. 200 Crores

The Debenture Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of Apollo Hospitals Enterprise Ltd at its meeting held today, has approved and allotted 2000 NCDs to HDFC Bank Limited. The face value of Debentures is Rs.10 lakhs each. The said NCDs shall be listed in the whole sale debt market segment of NSE.

The meeting of the Committee of Board of Directors commenced at 3.30 p.m. and concluded at 4.00 p.m.

Shares of APOLLO HOSPITALS ENTERPRISE LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.1258.8 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1250.05. The total number of shares traded during the day was 13316 in over 735 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 1264 and intraday low of 1241.35. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 16710557.
