Centrum Capital Ltd approves issue of Debentures

The Fund Raising Committee of Centrum Capital Ltd in its meeting held on February 25, 2017 has approved an issuance of Secured, Unlisted, Unrated, Redeemable, Non-Convertible, Principal Protected Market Linked Debentures of upto an amount of Rs. 50 Crores to be issued in one or more series by way of private placement.
