A meeting of the Board of Directors of Millitoons Entertainment Ltd is scheduled to be held on February 18, 2017, to consider teh allotment of equity shares to M/s. Viniato Advisors Private Limited (non-promoter group) pursuant lo conversion of equity share warrants.

As per the Company's Code on Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for designated persons from February 15, 2017 to February 20, 2017 (both days inclusive).
