Engineers India Ltd to announce Q3 results on Feb 10, 2017

A Meeting of the Board of Directors of Engineers India Ltd will be held on February 10, 2017, to consider and approve Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the third quarter and nine months ended on December 31, 2016 (Q3).

For the aforesaid purpose, the Trading Window for trading in EIL's securities shall remain closed during the period from January 25, 2017 to February 12, 2017 (both days inclusive) pursuant to the EIL's "Code of Practice and Procedure for Fair Disclosures of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information and Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by its Employees and other Connected Persons". The Trading Window shall re-open on February 13, 2017. Accordingly, all concerned to whom the above said code is applicable have been requested not to trade in the EIL's securities during the period of closed Trading Window.

Shares of ENGINEERS INDIA LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.151.85 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 152.1. The total number of shares traded during the day was 224227 in over 1843 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 153.55 and intraday low of 150.55. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 34120439.
