NIIT Ltd approves allotment of 30000 shares under the ESOP Scheme

The Share Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of NIIT Ltd has allotted 30,000 (Thirty Thousand) Equity Shares of Rs. 2/- each to the employee of the Company in accordance with the terms of ESOP-2005.
