Unichem Laboratories Ltd approves allotment of 2025 shares

The Board of Directors of Unichem Laboratories Ltd at its meeting held on January 21, 2017, has approved allotment of 2,025 equity shares having a face value of Rs. 2/- each, pursuant to exercise of options under the Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2008.
