Gandhi Special Tubes AGM approves 40% dividend

Gandhi Special Tubes Ltd has announced that the members at the 21st Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company held on September 23, 2006, inter alia, have unanimously approved the declaration of an Interim dividend @ Rs 4.00 per share (40%) on equity shares of the Company for the year ended on March 31, 2006.
