Keynote Corporate Shareholders to approve Scheme of Amalgamation

Keynote Corporate Services Ltd has announced that the pursuant to the order dated September 22, 2006 made by the High Court of Judicature at Bombay, a meeting of the equity shareholders of the Company will be held on November 03, 2006 for the purpose of considering and if though fit, to approve, with or without modification(s), the arrangement embodied in the Scheme of Amalgamation ("Scheme") of Cobal Investment Company Ltd, West Coast Lighterage Company Pvt Ltd, Starline Ispat & Alloys Ltd, Galaxy Leasing Ltd, Keynote Finstock Ltd, Plethora Investments Company Ltd with the company.
