Great Eastern Shipping Company Ltd approves issue of Rs. 500 crore debentures

The Debenture Issue Committee of Great Eastern Shipping Company Ltd at its meeting held on January 16, 2017 has approved the issue of 5000 Unsecured Non-Convertible Debentures of Rs. 10 lac each aggregating to Rs. 500 crore by way of private placement.

Shares of GREAT EASTERN SHIPPING CO.LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.385.1 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 381.05. The total number of shares traded during the day was 3290 in over 249 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 387.35 and intraday low of 384. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 1268678.
