Sical Logistics Limited has announced that the company board has decided to acquire 100% shares of Bergen Offshore Logistics Pte Ltd., a company incorporated in Singapore. The company's main business portfolio is offshore logistics.

To invest in Sical Iron Ore Terminals Limited, the Special Purpose Vehicle formed to implement the Ennore Iron Ore Terminal on BOT basis.
