Shiva Cement Ltd promoters to sell shares to JSW Cement Ltd

The Board of Directors of Shiva Cement Ltd at its meeting held on January 10, 2017, has approved the consent of the Board be and is hereby accorded for the potential sale of certain shares held by the promoters of the Company to JSW Cement Limited and to execute the Share Purchase Agreement or such other agreements as may be required for giving effect to the potential transactions.

Shares of SHIVA CEMENT LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.13.72 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 13.63. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1726530 in over 915 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 13.76 and intraday low of 13.55. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 23663807.
