Saboo Sodium Chloro Ltd calls for Board Meeting on January 12, 2017

A meeting of Board of Directors of Saboo Sodium Chloro Ltd will be held at the registered office of the company at L-5, B-II, Krishna Marg, C-Scheme, Jaipur, on Thursday, 12th January, 2017 at 01:00 p.m. to receive, consider and take on record the proposal to finalize the Proposed Allottees for Preferential Issue of 50, 00,000 Equity shares of Rs. 10/- each to Promoters/ Promoter Group and Non Promoters towards raising of additional capital by the Company pursuant to Section 62 of the Companies Act, 2013 and as per the SEBI (Issue Of Capital and Disclosure Requirement) Regulation, 2009.

The Board will consider proposal to adopt and approve the Draft Notice of Extra Ordinary General Meeting of the Company.

The Board will fix the day, date, time and venue of Extra Ordinary General Meeting of the Company.

The Board will also consider proposal to appoint Scrutinizer for conducting E- voting process for Extra Ordinary General Meeting.
