The meeting of the Finance and Investment Committee of Sadbhav Infrastructure Project Ltd will be held on January 11, 2017 to consider and approve allotment of Non-convertible Debentures amounting to Rs. 50/- Crores only on Private Placement basis, pursuant to special resolution passed by the shareholders of the Company at the 10th Annual General Meeting held on September 28, 2016.
