Zenotech Laboratories Ltd approves offer letter for rights issue of Rs. 120 crores

The Board of Directors of at its Board Meeting held on December 30, 2016 have approved the draft letter of offer for the proposed rights issue by the company upto Rs. 120 crores.

The Board also adopted the restated financials for the proposed rights issue by the company.

Shares of ZENOTECH LABORATORIES LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.37.85 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 37.95. The total number of shares traded during the day was 15302 in over 56 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 37.9 and intraday low of 37. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 572560.
