Aditya Birla Nuvo Ltd approves allotment of 16997 Equity Shares under Employees Stock Option Scheme, 2013

Aditya Birla Nuvo Ltd has allotted 16,997 equity shares of the face value of Rs. 10 each on December 22, 2016, pursuant to exercise of RSUs under the Company's Employee Stock Option Scheme 2013. All the said Equity Shares will rank pari passu with the existing Equity Shares of the Company, in all respects.

The paid up share capital of the Company will accordingly increase from Rs. 1,30,22,56,910 (13,02,25,691 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each) to Rs. 1,30,24,26,880 (13,02,42,688 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each).

Shares of ADITYA BIRLA NUVO LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.1175 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1200. The total number of shares traded during the day was 11699 in over 1114 trades.
