Jubilant Life Sciences Ltd announces exercise of 164604 ESOP Options

1,64,604 options under JLL Employees Stock Option Plan 2011 ("Plan 2011") have been exercised by the option holders of Jubilant Life Sciences Ltd.

Pursuant to the terms of Plan 2011, the Nomination, Remuneration and Compensation Committee of the Company (the "Committee") has approved transfer of 1,64,604 equity shares of Re. 1 each of Jubilant Life Sciences Limited from Jubilant Employees Welfare Trust to the eligible option holders.

Shares of JUBILANT LIFE SCIENCES LIMITED was last trading in BSE at Rs.643.15 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 639.35. The total number of shares traded during the day was 96825 in over 4116 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 653 and intraday low of 629.3. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 62271809.
